Not only is there a weight reduction but also a saving in the overall dimensions for transportation whilst maintaining all the performance features of steel models. The purpose designed aluminium column extensions run smoothly on Teflon coated guides. The winch mechanism is designed for loads up to 500 kg and lifts the first column by means of a polyester belt providing a smooth and uniform performance; the additional columns are each lifted by two steel wire ropes. The support legs can be independently adjusted to ensure the Wincher is vertical even on irregular surfaces. Two wheels assist transportation. Wincher STANDS Wincher is a four-stage telescopic lift stand completely made of aluminium; weighing about half as much as our competitors iron models. The lifting system consists of a polyester belt winch which ensures smooth fluent movement. Each of the three upper stages runs on selflubricating polyzene guides and is pulled by a three-cable unit. The base feet may be adjusted independently and extensively for easy positioning even on sloping and irregular surfaces. An accessory for fixing trusses with 20 to 30 cm sides is available with code number C4485. A support for trusses with 20 to 40 cm sides is also available.
